Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers typical smaller NYC rooms that are very comfortable and clean, reflecting the city's standards. The service provided is amazingly friendly, seeking to earn repeat business each time. The location is excellent for exploring beyond midtown Manhattan, with easy access to various neighborhoods and attractions. The dining experience may lack variety but is appreciated, and the facilities meet expectations.
The hotel is located in a convenient area, close to SoHo, Little Italy, and Chinatown, making it easy to explore. The rooms, though typical of NYC size, come with excellent amenities and a lovely breakfast, but housekeeping timing can be improved. The service staff, including Roberta, the maid, and the Bellhop team, were exceptional. The location offers easy access to subways and nearby attractions, although Canal Street hawkers can be a nuisance. Dining options are fantastic with exclusive club level access and local eateries like Tribeca Bagels. Overall, a great choice for a New York City stay.
The hotel has a great location, with easy access to downtown and nearby attractions. The rooms offer a nice view but can be small and affected by ongoing renovations. The service is exceptional, especially the Bellhop staff Jorge. However, the dining experience may not be the best value for money.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. On the positive side, the room was spacious with floor-to-ceiling windows and a comfortable bed. However, housekeeping was not timely, and the dining options left much to be desired. The service, especially by Rhonda at the front desk, was exceptional, and the location was convenient being near various attractions like Soho and Chinatown.
I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It’s conveniently located only 2 blocks away from various subway lines, with plenty of breakfast options and dining places within walking distance. However, I was a bit disappointed that there were no hotel slippers or robe provided in the room, which I usually expect in a four-star hotel. The top-floor club level suite was a nice touch.
The hotel isn't the largest in the world but good enough for our needs. It gave us access to the Club lounge, where we could have breakfast in the mornings and drinks and light snacks in the evenings. The lounge leads out onto a big terrace, with ample seating and great views uptown. Unfortunately, the room wasn't ready when we arrived.
The hotel offers spacious rooms for NYC standards, booked at a good price, though our room was on the smaller side. The service was friendly and efficient, with helpful staff willing to assist. The central location provided easy access to various subway stations for exploring the city. The dining options were decent but lacked variety. Overall, a comfortable stay with a few minor drawbacks.
The hotel has good dimensions but lacks clear visibility. The rooms are well-organized and equipped with the right stuff, however, visibility could be improved. The service is professional and cheery, especially from Sal. The location is really good, easy to move uptown or downtown. The dining experience is not something to write home about. The hotel has a good central location with easy access to subways and nearby eateries.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for exploring downtown and had easy access to multiple subway lines. The room was cozy and had a very comfy chair and sofa, with comfortable beds and a good shower. The service was exceptional, with the staff being very friendly and accommodating. The dining experience was fantastic with access to the rooftop and incredible city views. My only disappointment was the small size of the room despite booking a deluxe double room.
I had a great stay at this hotel. The Club Lounge/Rooftop Terrace was fantastic for evening relaxation with stunning city views. The upgrades to Club Level Rooms with Club Lounge Access were a nice touch. Being right opposite the lift was convenient, but some aspects were pretty standard.
The hotel has a lot of furniture, making the rooms feel small and cramped, with dated decor that really needs an update. However, the small breakfast offered fresh options. The service was top-notch, particularly from Carlos, with a variety of helpful amenities available. The location is perfect for exploring the southern part of Manhattan, close to Soho and subway stations. The dining experience was average with basic buffet options but fresh farm-to-table products. Facilities were well-maintained.
